We understand how overwhelming it can be for young adults to transition, so this can be done at their pace. Over time, hours can increase.

Young adult needs to have a degree of independence and a willingness to move on to further education, training or work.

Discuss an application with your young adult’s social worker, school and/or support team.
Their Educational and Health Care Plan should state Brighton Forward as a provider.

Funding can be privately sought or through the Special Educational Needs Assessment Team.
